Dog of the week

Hi, my name is Canden (A008872). I’m a handsome, male, Hound mix and boy have I been on a journey! Before I came into the shelter, I found myself in quite the predicament. One day while I was scavenging for a meal, I accidently got a tin can stuck around my lower jaw and teeth. When I was picked up and brought to the shelter, the nice people sent me straight to the vet to have the can removed (thanks to the very generous donations to Heal-A-Heart). I healed quickly and now I’d love to find a loving home. Do you have room in your heart and home to give me a second chance?

Cat of the week
