TODAY, SUNDAY: The Texans visit the Titans in hopes of not being on the receiving
end of payback from their 57-14 rout of Tennessee on October 1. Without Deshaun
Watson and Will Fuller, Houston’s thinning playoff hopes could be on the line when the
two teams kick off at noon. KHOU-11 will have the game live.
The Rockets are also in action as they open a brief three-game swing on the west
coast when they face the Lakers beginning at 8:30pm. Needless to say, there might
be a reference or two about LaVar Ball, the outspoken father of talented Lakers rookie
guard Lonzo Ball, when NBATV and AT&T Sportsnet air the game live, with the latter
starting its coverage with their pregame show at 8:00pm.
TOMORROW, MONDAY: The night’s only high school basketball game is at Friendswood,
where the Mustangs will welcome Shadow Creek for a 7:00pm tip-off.
TUESDAY: This will be a busy slate of games, starting with girls play as Richmond Foster
is at state-ranked Clear Falls and Cleveland at state-ranked Hitchcock at 6:00pm.
Clear Brook is at The Woodlands, St. Agnes Academy at state-ranked Clear Creek,
Clear Springs at Cy Ranch, Dickinson at Waller while Santa Fe at Fort Bend Elkins and
Texas City at Galveston Ball, both District 23-5A games, will start at 7:00pm.
In boys action, Clear Brook is at Goose Creek Memorial, Pearland at Clear Creek,
Clear Falls at South Houston, Baytown Sterling at Clear Springs, state-ranked Dickinson
at Fort Bend Ridge Point and state-ranked La Marque at Brazosport each start
at 7:00pm. Fort Bend Elkins at Santa Fe and Galveston Ball at Texas City face off in
District 23-5A play at 7:00pm, while Hitchcock is at Bay City beginning at 7:30pm.
