Frances has been part of The Post’s team in various positions for several years. From August 2007 until October 2013, she was our receptionist and classified advertising manager but she is best known for her Inspirations column, which appears in each edition of our paper. In years past she has worked as an advocate for and director of a homeless shelter, as a counselor and life coach and as a writer and editor for various religious publications. Several of her short stories and poems have been published and she hopes to publish more of her work in the future, including a collection of her Inspirations articles, a novel and a biography.
