TOMORROW, Thursday, local beer aficionados will be meeting up for the monthly Pint Jockeys sampling at Del Papa Distribution in Texas City.
The Pint Jockeys, a group of beer fans who joined together to raise awareness for craft beer in southeast Texas, holds free tastings featuring different beers every month.
This month’s event will feature new and limited releases from craft brewers across the nation.
The featured brews are Woodchuck’s Gumption, Saint Arnold’s Divine Reserve 15, Sierra Nevada’s Hop Hunter, Firestone Walker’s Double Jack and Rogue’s Voodoo Doughnut pretzel, raspberry and chocolate ale.
They will all be on tap the hospitality room at Del Papa’s 1220 Gulf Freeway headquarters from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
Del Papa representatives will be on hand to educate tasting goers on the various styles and lists of outlets selling the featured brews will be available.
All Pint Jockeys tastings are free and open to adults 21 and older.
