Representative Randy Weber is proud to announce that the Water Resources Development Act, which includes authorization for the Coastal Spine, has been included in the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2023 which did pass.
“Ike Dike,” as it is fondly termed, was once only a dream but is now moving into the next phase and will one day become a reality protecting the people and property of the Gulf Coast of Texas from storm surges.
Representative Weber was pleased to report that he voted yes on the NDAA which includes raising our service members’ pay. “It also rescinds President Biden’s unconstitutional COVI-19 vaccine mandate on our troops,” Weber added.
With inflation decreasing the budgets of everyone in the US, our service members will see some relief in their paychecks next year.
