Boys’ and girls’ basketball action returns on Monday, as the final run of tournaments will dot the schedule. The start of the final week of 2025 will also see the Rockets play their final game of the calendar year as they take on the defending Eastern Conference champion Pacers.
Sunday: No games scheduled.
Monday: Boys’ basketball tournament play will see Clear Brook at the Brazosport Holiday Invitational Tournament, while Ball, Clear Falls, state-ranked Friendwood, and Santa Fe compete at the Baytown Lee Varsity Tournament. Clear Creek is at the Tuloso-Midway Varsity Tournament, while Clear Springs is at the Conroe Varsity Tournament. State-ranked Dickinson will comprise part of the Vype Holiday Tournament, with state-ranked La Marque at the Aggieland Invitational Tournament.
Meanwhile, the girls’ basketball tournament will have Ball and Clear Falls at the Brazoswood Varsity Tournament, Clear Brook and Clear Creek at the Fort Bend ISD Winter Tournament, while Dickinson is at the Sandra Meadows Holiday Tournament in Duncanville. There is also one regular-season game on the slate as Texas City plays Eisenhower at Lutheran South at 12:30 PM.
The Rockets play their final game of the 2025 calendar year when they host the Pacers at 7 PM. Space City Home Network will begin the pregame show at 6:30 PM.
Tuesday: In girls’ basketball, Friendswood at Clear Lake starts at 12:45 PM.
