”I hate touching the slimy bait, but I love fishing,” says Teresa Garza with a giggle. Coming from Algoa to fish in Texas City is a weekly outing for the Garza family, who brings lawn chairs and a picnic lunch to help make the hours go by smoothly. “We’re out here where there is social distancing,” said Paul Garza, Sr. “We just love fishing together.”
