Bolivar: GOOD. 59 Degrees. Speckled trout and redfish can be found in the flats on the warmer days and are best on shrimp or paddle tails. Black drum are good around vegetation on mullet. Flounder are good in the channels on mullet or minnow.

Trinity Bay: GOOD. 57 degrees. Speckled trout are good on live baits or topwaters. Redfish are good on mullet and are found along the shoreline. Flounder bite is good on mullet near rocks. Black drum are good on mullet in the deeper water.

East Galveston Bay: FAIR. 59 degrees. Speckled trout and redfish are fair on live shrimp or croaker around the rocks or along the shoreline. Flounder are fair in the channels on mullet. Black drum is good on dead shrimp. Rocky fishing conditions are expected to continue through this week.

West Galveston Bay: FAIR. 59 degrees. Redfish and Black drum are fair near the shorelines or in the deeper water transitions on croaker or shrimp. Flounder are fair on mullet in the channels and inlets. Speckled trout are fair on mullet in the deeper water transitions.

Texas City: GOOD. 59 degrees. Redfish are fair to good in Moses Lake on shrimp. Speckled trout are fair on shrimp around the reefs. Black drum are good in the channel on crab. Flounder are fair in the channels on mullet.

Freeport: GOOD. 59 degrees. Redfish and speckled trout are fair in the pass on live bait. Black drum are fair to good on the reefs on shrimp. Flounder are best along the drains on mullet.

East Matagorda Bay: GOOD. 60 degrees. Speckled trout are fair, but Redfish are caught around the mid-bay reefs on shrimp or mullet. Sheepshead are good on minnow. The flounder will be found in the channels and are good on mullet.

West Matagorda Bay: GOOD. 61 degrees. This side of the bay is best for wading since there is a firm bottom and remains the best method for catching fish here. Speckled trout and redfish are fair to good around the reefs on mullet. The flounder bite is good around the rocks or in the channels on mullet. Black drum are good around deep structure on shrimp.

Port O’Connor: GOOD. 62-63 degrees. Speckled trout can be found around the reefs. Redfish are good in back bays. Corky’s low and slow early switching to topwaters mid-morning. Flounder are good on mullet in the shallow grass flats and channels.
