
There are many things in our lives that cause us to stress out. Family problems, financial distress, or just watching the news can increase our levels of stress. No matter what you are facing. No matter what you are going through, no matter where the stress might be coming at you from, remember: be gentle with yourself. You deserve some T.L.C. You are entitled to some comfort. You have more than earned the right to put yourself first for a little while. It is not selfish. It does not mean you love your spouse, children, friends, or church members any less. It is needed for you to be all you can be for those close to you It’s your turn now.
