
We are living in some interesting times these days. Worries and fears seem to be running rampant. The added stress is causing our physical bodies feel like we can’t take another step. Our emotions and spirits may have reached their limits. Often, when we look around, we still have much to do when we reach our limits. Then what? For many of us, we have no choice but to reach down and pull up some imaginary strength and keep going until we find a stopping point, then we collapse. I know I talk about it often, but I wanted to remind you again don’t stress. Stress is a killer. It ages you. It robs you of happiness, contentment and peace. It sneaks in and before you know it your quality of life has sunk to an all-time low. Whatever strength you have, use it to stand up to all the stress and say no! Fight it off with everything you can. You deserve peace, times of relaxation, and happiness and joy even and especially in stressful times. Take a deep, cleansing breath. You can do this!
