Astros, Rockets begin to take over bulk of schedule

While high school softball will take center stage, there is still other sports to focus on. The Astros will have a pair of home games before heading off the road, while the Rockets will welcome two of the NBA’s elite players to Toyota Center.

Wednesday: The Astros turn to ace Zack Greinke in the third game of their series against the Mariners beginning at 7:10pm. AT&T Sportsnet Southwest will start coverage with the pregame show at 6:30pm.

Thursday: Business Fan’s Special awaits those who can play hooky and watch the Astros conclude their four-game set against the Mariners. AT&T Sportsnet Southwest starts coverage with the pregame show at 12:30pm, which will lead into the 1:10pm gametime.

Reigning NBA Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokunmpo makes his only appearance in Houston when the Bucks visit the Rockets for a 7:00pm start. AT&T Sportsnet Southwest will begin coverage with the pregame show at 6:30pm.

Friday: The final regular season high school baseball games are on the slot with North Shore at Clear Creek at 6:00pm, followed by La Marque at Sweeny at 7:00pm.

The Astros head out east as they open a three-game set at the defending American League champion Rays starting at 6:10pm. The pregame show starts coverage for AT&T Sportsnet Southwest at 5:30pm. The game can also be seen on the ESPN+ package.

Saturday: Daytime baseball will see the Astros meeting the Rays for a 3:10pm. AT&T Sportsnet Southwest starts coverage at 2:30pm. 

Steph Curry and the Warriors drop into H-Town for a 6:30pm clash that will be aired nationally on ESPN, giving the AT&T Sportsnet Southwest Rockets crew a well-deserved night off.
