Dickinson Economic Development Wants Your Input
PUBLIC INPUT SOUGHT ON DICKINSON PUBLIC MARKET PROJECT MARCH 27 DICKINSON – The public is invited to attend a meeting to provide input on the proposed Dickinson public market project 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Dickinson City Hall, 4403 Highway 3 in Dickinson.
The meeting will be hosted by the Dickinson Economic Development Corporation (DEDC). The public market, proposed for development near Dickinson Bayou at FM 517 and Highway 3, would feature a variety of vendors offering prepared foods, locally grown fresh produce, handcrafted goods and more. Public markets are used for a variety of activities including festivals, family-oriented events, coworking and outdoor recreation.
Meeting attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the project and give their feedback on the types of vendors and activities they would like to see in the public market.
