The future of Texas City boys’ basketball will be in good hands as the Blocker eighth grade team went 2-1 during last weekend’s “Battle for the Crown” Invitational in Houston. Meanwhile, Hitchcock’s Crosby Middle School ran the table and won the seventh-grade title.
