Isn’t it amazing how quickly things can happen and change? A few months ago, who would have thought we would be using words like pandemic, coronavirus, social distancing, self-quarantine, and testing positive, every day? Life as we knew it has changed rapidly. It makes me feel confused and at times scared. I know we will make our way through all of this, but I hope when we reach that place we find that we have changed. Our love and faith should be stronger. Our appreciation for being close to others should have grown. Our feelings about what it feels like to go where we want and live in our freedom should move our hearts. May we learn all the good that we can from these experiences. As we go through a very different type of Easter than usual, may we remember the power of resurrection for we too shall rise.
