Mrs.Furman is a bully, she bullies the kids to the point of, they are too scared to say anything! She did it to my daughter and I’m sure she’s doing it to others!! If your child goes to Guajardo Elementary, ask your child! There are several other parents that feel the same way, I don’t know how y’all come up with this award, but you sure aren’t asking the people that count!!!

To: Jaime Ramirez,
While not all people are happy all the time. To call people names publicly is not a professional
way to handle your issues. If you have issues with a public school employee meeting with them, meeting with administrators, etc. is both more professional and more effective.
For a parent to call another adult names is not only immature but, it shows that there is at least one parent in the community who is not presenting themselves as a role model for our children.
While I had issues with some of my children’s instructors and others I never called them names either in private nor in public. I did not want to set a poor example for my own children.
My oldest daughter has entered the professional world. She treats her coworkers, clients, and bosses with respect regardless of her issues or feelings about them. If she were to go onto a public forum and called another professional a name I am sure she would be without a job by the next day , if not sooner.
I taught her how to handle her problems and other issues. Thankfully, the way we address our matters brings results for us and we do not set poor examples for our other children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, etc.
Respectfully,
Susan Springer

Mrs. Furman is an excellent educator and principal.
I have been impressed with the she has taken on the reigns of being an assistant principal as if she has been this position for many years. In addition, she has fit right in at Heights Elementary. That was a difficult situation with the passing of the previous principal, Ms. Erica Allen.
