Big Phil’s Soul & Creole Cafe officially opened at Mainland City Centre and had its ribbon cutting on June 19. Cafe hours are now Tuesday thru Thursday 11:00am to 9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 11:00am to 12:00am, Sunday 12:00pm to 6:00pm, and closed on Mondays.
