Thursday: The high school football weekend starts early as Clear Creek faces longtime rival Clear Lake at Veterans Memorial Stadium at 6:00 pm.
Friday: Week 9 of the high school football season continues at 7:00 pm with Clear Falls at Clear Brook (Veterans Stadium), Dickinson at Clear Springs (Challenger/Columbia), Porter at Friendswood, Barbers Hill at state-ranked Ball, state-ranked Columbus at state-ranked Hitchcock (Clear Life Media Game of the Week), Sweeny at La Marque, and Baytown Lee at Santa Fe.
The high school volleyball starts at 4:30 pm with Sweeny at La Marque and Texas City at Santa Fe. Clear Brook at Clear Lake, Clear Creek at Brazoswood, Clear Falls at Dickinson, and Deer Park at Clear Springs start at 6:00 pm, while Angleton at state-ranked Friendswood starts at 6:30 pm.
