This week is a twin-bill for soccer teams in District 24-6A. The teams will be in action on Wednesday night and Saturday afternoon. It’s also a busy week for the Rockets, who will host the Celtics and Hornets before visiting the Thunder on Saturday.
Wednesday: Boys’ soccer begins at 7:30 PM with Clear Falls at Clear Brook, Clear Creek at Clear Lake, and Dickinson at Clear Springs.
On the girls’ soccer slate, Clear Brook at Clear Falls, Clear Lake at Clear Creek, and Clear Springs at Dickinson begin at 7:30 PM.
The Rockets host the Celtics at 7 PM. Space City Home Network begins coverage at 6:30 PM with the pregame show.
Thursday: La Marque’s soccer team is at Brazosport, with the boys playing at 5:30 PM, and the girls beginning at 7:15 PM.

Friday: Boys’ basketball starts at 7 PM with Clear Lake at Clear Brook, Brazoswood at Clear Creek, state-ranked Dickinson at Clear Falls, Clear Springs at Deer Park, state-ranked Friendswood at Angleton, Brazosport at state-ranked La Marque, and Texas City at Santa Fe. East Bernard at Hitchcock begins at 7:30 PM.
The girls’ basketball schedule has East Bernard at Hitchcock at 5 PM, followed by La Marque at Brazosport and Santa Fe at Texas City at 5:30 PM. Clear Brook at Clear Lake, Clear Creek at Brazoswood, Clear Falls at Dickinson, Deer Park at Clear Springs, and Angleton at Friendswood start at 7 PM.
In boys’ soccer, Angleton at Friendswood and Santa Fe at Texas City start at 7:30 PM. Meanwhile, the girls’ soccer schedule has Friendswood at Angleton and Texas City at Santa Fe at 7:30 PM.
Saturday: Boys’ soccer starts at 10 AM with Willowridge at La Marque, followed by Clear Lake at Clear Brook, Brazoswood at Clear Creek, Dickinson at Clear Falls, and Clear Springs at Deer Park at noon.
For the girls’ soccer schedule, Clear Brook at Clear Lake, Clear Creek at Brazoswood, Clear Falls at Dickinson, Deer Park at Clear Springs, and Willowridge at La Marque start at noon.
