We have been in a very long season of mudslinging. In fact, I believe it’s been a pandemic of sorts. It does not take long to recognize one who slings mud. Their hands are dirty with stains from their countless assaults. They are always able to justify why they needed to sling mud into another’s face, but it goes deeper, all the way to the soul of the victim. In the end, they do lose ground though. They may get away with it for a time, but the ground underneath them will eventually give way revealing the truth that their mudslinging was purposeful, deliberate, and ugly. Don’t be ugly. Don’t sling mud. Just don’t.
