DOG OF THE WEEK

Hi, my name is Tessie! (A011895) I like long walks on the

beach, kibble by candlelight, and TREATS! I’ve been on

my best behavior here at the ARC and play well with other

dogs. I think finding a forever home would be the best

treat in the universe! Do you have room in your heart for

me? I am spayed and ready to go!

CAT OF THE WEEK

Say “Hi” to Oliver (A014563), a Domestic Short Hair gray

tabby with an extra soft coat. Oliver is about 8 months old,

handsome, and friendly. Look at that face, those eyes and

his cute little mouth! Oliver arrived at GCARC with his

sisters, so he is used to being with other cats. He reminded

us that he is already “fixed” and very ready for his forever

family and home. Come meet Oliver this week — you may

not want to say “Goodbye”.

ADOPTION DETAILS

Oliver and Tessie are available for adoption November

6-10, 2018 at the special rate of $42.50.

PET-OF-THE-WEEK COSTS

Adoptions include rabies vaccination, neutering

and microchipping. Senior citizens can adopt a senior

pet for only $20.

To adopt, call 409-948-2485 or go online to arcpets.org. These and other pets are available at the Galveston County animal resource center, 3412 Loop 197 North, Texas City.
