Is your child unable to check-out library books due to fines? They can now clear that up with Chapter Chums! Now through July 31, children up to age 12 can clear their blocked library cards and practice their Reading Skills by reading to a Teen Mentor. Every 15 minutes will reduce the late fee by $3.00.
What do librarians do for fun you ask? They visit other libraries! The librarians at Moore Memorial Library had a blast visiting Rosenberg Library in Galveston. They enjoyed a fun evening and speaking to the wonderful staff.
And yes, in case you’re wondering, they all signed up for library cards!
