Congratulations to Cougarettes Colonel, DaRielle Phillips, and Stingarettes Colonel, Isabella Dekelaita, for being named All-State Dancers at the Texas Dance Educators Association Convention. These young ladies did an excellent job in their clinics and both represented their high schools and Texas City ISD with pride. Their directors are Tiffany Hill and Haley Sealy.
