“Always remember, we all have our own opinions and beliefs. We have different ways in dealing with life’s troubles and joys. To survive our differences without hurting each other is what goodness is all about.”–

Dodinsky.

I love this quote and appreciate its reminder often. It is one that needs to be remembered and put into practice. Your way may be different than my way, especially in dealing with issues where there is no one size fits all recipe. I truly strive to leave room for people to be themselves and find their own path in this journey of life with its ups, downs, trials, and tribulations. Not one of us experience the exact same thing. May each unique and special person find their path, whatever circumstances they are traversing through. Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, Illness, grief, divorce, abuse, fear, disasters, loss of homes or possessions will be experienced by most of us. There is a saying, “We are all just walking each other home.” Let’s not be tripping each other up because of different methods, shoes, or path. I wear a size 6.5 in most shoes, sometimes a size 6 and sometimes a size 7. But whatever the shoe size or style, they will help me reach my ultimate destination, as will yours’. You just have to keep walking as you are able, even at a snail’s pace if need be. Even if you have to sit for a while and restore and heal some things inside you. Even if your path is alike or different than mine.
