Match time gets closer for the Friendswood High School volleyball team, which competed a week of workouts leading into Monday’s first official day of workouts. The Mustangs will come into the 2021 season as a strong favorite to not only win District 22-5A, but make a run similar to 2019, where they advanced to the 5A state championship match.
