The Friendswood High Girls and Boys Water Polo teams continued their district seasons last

Tuesday, Sept. 6 at the FHS Natatorium versus Galveston Ball Golden Tornadoes.

The FHS girls played lockdown defense and won 16-0. FHS goals were scored by Emmie

Ratcliff, Genevieve Ringo, Addisyn Pendle, Hallie Ratcliff, Nicole Medina, Peyton Robbins and

Amelia Morgan. FHS’s goalie, Lacey Drouet, saved every shot from the Golden Tornado ladies

for her first district shutout this season.

The FHS boys had a strong game and won 20-2. All 9 FHS players on our roster scored

contributing to the win. Our amazing goalie Nash Baker made several key saves.

The Mustangs’ district record is now 2-1 for both FHS water polo teams.
