The Texas City Garden Club selected the home of Arnold and Ester Perez – 1819 18th Avenue North as their Spot of Beauty for July. Their yard is beautifully landscaped with native plants, flowers, and decorative rock. Take a drive by for some creative inspiration.

The Perez’s backyard is a beautiful oasis with a swimming pool, waterfalls, gazebos, and lighting. It is available for parties and events. Take a look at Fiesta to You @facebook.com/fiesta.toyou.3

In addition to their beautiful yard, the Perez’s have also put up a “Little Free Library.”  Need a book ~ Take a Book ~ Share a Book.

The primary mission of the Garden Club is to promote awareness of city beautification, the love of gardening, environmental concerns, and community involvement.

The Garden Club meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the

Month (September – May). Guests are always welcome.

The Texas City Garden Club began in 1933. The First President was Mrs. Davison of the Davison Family.

Club involvement includes an Annual Holiday Market, supporting The Shriner’s Children Hospital with clothing for their patients, sponsoring and caring for the plants in front of Moore Memorial Library and the purchase of trees and benches for Arbor Day.

The Texas City Garden Club will host their 51st Annual Holiday Market on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. @ the Nessler Center in Texas City.

Our 2022 Holiday Market was an OVERWELMING SUCCESS…with over 50+ Vendors!
