Legendary NFL coach Don Shula died at the age of 90 on Monday. Shula has the most wins in league history (347) while also coaching a pair of local performers, including La Marque’s Norm Bulaich (pictured above), who played for Shula as a member of the Miami Dolphins from 1975-79. Galveston Ball’s Mike Holmes played under Shula for one season (1976). Texas City native LG Dupre was a teammate of Shula when the two played for the Baltimore Colts in 1955.
