The University of Houston’s men’s basketball team began the week ranked fifth nationally. The Cougars, 7-0 on the season, have won their first two games in American Athletic Conference play behind a balanced attack that includes Dickinson High School alum Tramon Mark, who is the team’s third-leading scorer averaging 11.6 points per game off the bench.
