Galveston Ball’s rich history of college football players began another chapter on Wednesday as all-purpose player Kristian Dalton (Tarleton State), defensive lineman Terry Webb and receiver Nehemiah Noel (Kilgore College) and defensive back Anthony Black (Tyler College) each signed letters of intent.
