Softball Comes to End of Regular Season Road

Friday marks the end of the softball regular season, and for those advancing into the postseason, the next chapter begins next week with the playoffs. Teams that will not advance to the playoffs, Friday is the final chapter for girls who have played together for years.

Wednesday: The Astros play the middle game of their series against the visiting Rockies at 7:10 PM. Space City Home Network begins coverage at 6:30 PM with the pregame show. 

Thursday: The Astros conclude their series against the Rockies at 7:10 PM. Space City Home Network begins at 6:30 PM with the pregame show. 

Friday: The final softball regular season matchups begin at 5 PM with Hitchcock at Hempstead and La Marque at Freeman, followed at 6:30 PM by Clear Brook at Brazoswood, Clear Springs at Clear Creek, Clear Falls at Clear Lake, Santa Fe at Iowa Colony, and Texas City at Friendswood. Dickinson at Deer Park begins at 6:45 PM.

Meanwhile, the high school baseball schedule will have Ball at Texas City, Clear Brook at Clear Lake, Brazoswood at Clear Creek, Deer Park at Clear Springs, and 

The Astros welcome the Cardinals beginning at 7:10 PM. Space City Home Network begins coverage at 6:30 PM with the pregame show. 

Saturday: Cardinals-Astros continue at 6:10 PM, with Space City Home Network starting the pregame show at 5:30 PM.

The Dynamo visit Orlando FC at 6:30 PM. The match will be broadcast on Apple TV.
