The Office of Court Administration has asked all courts to be mindful of the need to reduce the impact of COVID 19 on parties, jurors, the public, judges, and court staff.

As a result, all court dockets scheduled for March 23rd – April 30th will be postponed until after May 1st.

Defendants are encouraged to visit http://www.texascitytx.gov/page/court.home for options to resolve your case without requiring a personal appearance.

Payments can be made online at www.texascitytx.gov or by phone at 833-259-4014.

If you must appear in person, our Customer Service windows are open at this time to assist our defendants.

Persons with COVID 19 or flu-like symptoms, a fever, or who are coughing or sneezing, should contact the court at 409-643-5800 before appearing.
