Mayor Doyle has made Texas City a community in which working class families want to raise their children again! 20 years ago we couldn’t say that, I just hope & pray new Mayor Johnson is mature and seasoned enough the realize in order to lead you need a plethora of resources and brilliant minds to lean on and utilize when the needs of the city and the budget just don’t seem to mesh.
