Condolences to the family and friends of former Clear Lake head football coach Sam Smith, who passed away on Monday at the age of 54. Smith coached the Falcons from 2011-15 and led them to a 6-4 record in 2013, his best season at the helm of the program. Both of his sons, Sam Smith III and Will, were quarterbacks at Clear Lake.
