After a lengthy search, the Texans named Ravens assistant coach David Culley as its new Head Coach this week. The 65-year-old Culley is in his first stint as a head coach but brings 27 years of NFL experience to the table. His biggest challenge comes in attempting to convince quarterback Deshaun Watson — who requested a trade from Houston — to remain part of the franchise.
