Local fans will have a fun weekend ahead of them as both the Astros and Dynamo are at home this weekend. The ‘Stros will host the Brewers beginning on Friday while the Dynamo complete a Texas Two-Step of sorts when they welcome FC Dallas on Saturday after visiting Austin on Wednesday.
Wednesday: The Astros continue their series against the visiting Athletics beginning at 7:10 pm. Space City Home Network begins coverage at 6:30 pm with the pregame show.
The Dynamo are in Austin to take on Austin FC at 7:30 pm. The match will be aired on the Apple TV+ MLS package.
The National Football League is scheduled to introduce the 2024 regular season schedule and while the Cowboys are expected to have their share of national TV appearances, expect the Texans to have their share as well after coming off winning the AFC South title. NFL Network’s special begins at 7:00 pm.
Thursday: Oakland bids farewell to Houston (and actual attendance totals over 4,000) with a 7:10 pm date at Minute Maid Park. Space City Home Network starts at 6:30 pm with the pregame show.
Friday: It’s a weekend of interleague play as the Brewers come to town. Game 1 starts at 7:10 pm with Space City Home Network starting coverage at 6:30 pm with the pregame show.
Saturday: If it’s Saturday, it also means the Astros start against the Brewers at 6:10 pm. Space City Home Network begins coverage with the pregame show at 5:30 pm.
Saturday also means the Dynamo are home as they collide with instate rival FC Dallas beginning at 7:30 pm. The match can be seen on the Apple TV+ MLS package.
