Houston made another intriguing move, as the Texans traded for Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks on Thursday, giving up a second-round pick in this month’s draft. Cooks had 42 receptions for 583 yards and two touchdowns with the Rams last season but has recorded four straight seasons of at least 1,000 receiving yards (2015-18) with the Saints, Patriots and Rams.
