La Marque High School boys’ basketball player Kevin Boone was recently named to the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches’ Class 4A All-State team. Boone led the Cougars in scoring and helped guide coach Kevin Wilcox’s team to the area round of the playoffs while also earning a share of the District 24-4A regular season title.
