
Ridge Joseph Jensen age 64 of Texas City died Friday January 22, 2021 at his residence in Texas City. Born July 13, 1956 in Spring, Texas to Joseph Neal Jensen and Mary Lou Gibbons Jensen, Ridge was a 1974 graduate of Klein High School and was a Master Electrician by trade for many years. He was involved numerous large projects such as the New York –New York Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and the Galveston County Justice Center just to name a few. His true passion was car sales at Bob Pagan Ford. He could sell anything at the drop of a hat. His colleagues loved him and so did his many loyal customers. In his spare time when he wasn’t helping others, he loved to cook, barbecue with friends and ride his Harley. He was an animal lover and truly loved his dogs.Ridge was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Debbie Monkman and brother Dane Jensen. Survivors include his son Adam Jensen; sister Ginny Jensen, brother James “Jim” Jensen; numerous cousins; his second family David and Gena Holmen, Chief Petty Officer Alexander J. Holmen US Navy and wife Katelyn, Ario J. Holmen and fiancé Daniela, Angelena Holmen, and his faithful friend John Vasquez.There will be a memorial Harley ride in his and Debbie’s honor at 1:00pm Sunday February 7, 2021 Delaney Cove Subdivision in LaMarque to the east end of Galveston Island, where their ashes will be spread. A dinner will follow.
