Hitchcock’s 7on7 football team advanced to the Division II championship bracket of the 2021 Texas 7on7 Tournament before being edged out by Chapel Hill in Friday morning’s action. Dickinson, the area’s other 7on7 qualifier, took part in the Division I bracket, which began later on Friday, with the championship round being played on Saturday.
