Dickinson’s Jordan Myers was of six Rice Owls to make Phil Steele’s 2021 Preseason Conference USA Team. The versatile senior led Rice with 24 receptions last season and is one of nine returning offensive starters on an Owls team seeking its first bowl appearance since 2014.
