Clear Springs alum Kelly Stewart played a big role in Oklahoma State University’s softball team advancing one step closer to the College World Series. Maxwell was named the Big 12 Conference Pitcher of the Year and also a finalist — along with University of Washington and Dickinson alum Baylee Klingler — for USA Softball’s Collegiate Player of the Year. OSU played Texas on Monday night with a chance to advance to the College World Series on Wednesday night.
