Joe “Pops” Foley, far left, is the new District Coordinator for Team Rubicon and Member of SERVE (veteran services). The Galveston County Volunteer Coalition is an initiative he also began and is hopeful will gain traction. Selected for the Fall cadre of the Service Leadership Corps of Mission Continues, a 6-month community leadership development program, Foley expects to direct what he learns toward local implementation.

Hey, Hart.
Nice article, but we have rescheduled the Double Header for 9/18. Call me if you have any questions.
Pops
Joe Foley is one of my best friends. Joe would give you the shirt off his back. We went to school together at the University of Nebraska Medical Center many moons ago. You go Joe! I just can’t call him “Pops”. I only wish that we lived closer together.
Congratulations on all the wonderful life work! Not many accomplish what you have!
