Friendswood alum and Louisiana-Monroe defensive end Ty Shelby is getting ready for the 2022 Hula Bowl, which will be held on January 15, 2022 in Orlando. Shelby comes off a regular season which saw him record 41 total tackles, 5.5 sacks, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery. The all-star game will give Shelby an opportunity to enhance his stock before the 2022 NFL Draft.
