Over spring break, SFHS Girls’ Powerlifting competed at the Powerlifting State Meet in Corpus Christi and brought home medals! Senior, Karissa Betancourt, took 3rd in the 148lb class and Freshman, Breckyn Plite, took 5th in the 114lb class. These girls trained and worked hard all year to achieve this! Congratulations!
