KID’S CHORUS HITS GALVESTON DAYCAMP

The nationally-acclaimed Houston Children’s Chorus will present its annual summer daycamp for the children of Galveston this coming July. The Chorus is looking for children who have completed grades 3 through 8, and who love singing and performing. Daily rehearsals will be held from 9-3 at Garten Verein Pavilion in Kempner Park, Galveston. A final “SUMMER POPS CONCERT” will be presented by the Galveston children and the Houston Children’s Chorus on Sunday afternoon, July 29, 2018, at 5:00pm, in the historic SCOTTISH RITE AUDITORIUM, Galveston.
Cost for the week is $25 for new enrollees. Previous participants do not have to pay. All children will be given a free lunch each day and a free performance t-shirt at the end of the week. Registration is required. Visit www.houstonchildren.org to register. Deadline for registration is July 15th.
Joining the children of Galveston and the Houston Children’s Chorus will be 20 children from Taiwan.
