It was a great day ceremoniously breaking ground at the new La Marque Middle School, as LMMS student Phillip Cummings led the invocation, while TCISD Superintendent Melissa Duarte helped enhance the occasion. The facility was part of the approved 2018 bond election. The architects are IBI Group and the construction company is DivisionOne Construction. The building is expected to open in August 2022.
