The TCISD Athletic Training Department will be hosting physicals for all TCISD students in grades 7-12 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm on May 26 at TCHS. Students must schedule an appointment in advance. Physicals are $10 and payable by cash at the time of the appointment. All forms must be completed with parent signatures. Forms are available in the athletic training rooms at TCHS and LMHS, at the stadium athletic office and online on the athletics website: www.tcisd.org/athletics.
Please note: Only one parent can accompany their child inside. All participants will do a pre-screening for COVID symptoms and masks must be worn while inside the building.
