The Lone Star Flight Museum hosted Girls in Aviation Day this past Saturday. Presented by Women in Aviation International – Houston Chapter, girls were inspired to expand their interest in aviation and explore the opportunities available in the industry.
Attendees heard from a panel discussion and Q&A with leaders in aviation, explored a career fair and toured permanent and visiting aircraft at the museum.
Attendees also toured the museum, participated in pilot experiences such as pre-flight checks, flight simulators and more.
