The City of La Marque will say goodbye to Colleen Martin, whose last day with the city’s Economic Corporation is on Wednesday. Martin was a integral part of the city’s recovery over the past few years while also being honored by the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce during September’s Women in Leadership event.
