Bill’s Bar & Burger of New York made its Texas debut on Saturday, May 25 at the Kemah
Boardwalk. The new waterfront restaurant marks the seventh location to open nationwide, joining
sister properties in New York, Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Charles, LA, Chicago, IL and Atlantic City, NJ.

Bill’s Bar & Burger is known for delivering a welcoming, casual environment for guests to enjoy

opened its doors in 2009 at Rockefeller Center in New York City – the largest standalone burger
joint in the country. Now operating seven locations around the country, Bill’s continues to impress

burger with the burger works and Bill’s special sauce, or the Crispy Chicken Sandwich topped with
Applewood bacon and ranch. But if you’re feeling adventurous, chomp down on the South of the
Burger or The Big Mamoooo piled high with BBQ brisket and mac & cheese! Whichever direction
you choose to go, Bill’s burgers are sure to make your taste buds go crazy and every burger, fry and
shake are made fresh daily.
Guests can top off their meal with hand-crafted milkshakes, offered in classic flavors like vanilla,
chocolate and strawberry… or try one of Bill’s “Monster Shakes” including the 4 th of July with red,
white and blue vanilla ice cream and cotton candy, or the Bananas Foster with caramelized bananas,

Bill’s Bar & Burger opens at 11 a.m. daily. Happy hour is offered Monday – Friday from 4-6pm,
featuring $5 Mini B’s and ½ off select appetizers, draft beers and classic or signature shakes!
